Herbs of the Earth is closed on Sundays and major holidays. Most orders take up to 1 business day to process. All orders received on Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Please note, business days do not include Sundays or holidays. During promotional or holiday periods, orders may take a bit longer to process due to the order volume. Thank you for understanding.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over Php2,900. Orders with standard shipping will ship via courier or mobile delivery apps. We also offer same day delivery for orders within Metro Manila and neighboring cities. Please allow 2-7 business days for standard shipping outside of Metro Manila and CALABARZON.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION:
During shipping promotions, sub-totals must meet qualifying value before taxes and shipping costs. Unfortunately, orders shipping to Canada are not eligible for shipping promotions.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS PLACED DURING A SALE MAY TAKE UP TO 3 DAYS TO PROCESS IN OUR WAREHOUSE DUE TO HIGH VOLUME.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL:
Expedited orders shipped via FedEx 2 Day or Standard Overnight please allow 1 business day processing time. Due to shipping restrictions, some products are not eligible for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping is only available within the Continental US.
A shipping confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time the order is shipped.
SHIPPING TO CANADA:
All standard shipping rules apply to Canada orders. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees may be collected at the time of delivery.
Due to shipping regulations, some products are prohibited to be shipped into Canada.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES:

International Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class International and include a Flat Rate Shipping Fee of $54.00 for the First Item, and $10.00 for each Additional Item, which will be added to all orders at checkout.
International Orders are subject to the receiving country's import fees, duty, taxes and/or brokerage fees. Any funds of this this nature are due upon receipt and are the
responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs charges
required by your home country's regulations.
Please note that if a package is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier to resolve any issues, and provide additional funds as required by your home country's regulations.
Please note that we do not not mark International Orders as a gift.
Return & Refund Policy
You have 7 (seven) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
