As restrictions start to ease, we encourage people to stay vigilant and keep to the practices we've been doing while we were in strict lock down so that we can all help prevent the spread of Covid.
We're now in GCQ - which means that some of us will start going back to our usual pace of going to work, etc. Having rested for so long, for sure, a lot of you would start feeling pain on your muscles and joints as we start moving around again.
